Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can set up a brand new email box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, set up email filters, create auto-response messages and guard your e-mailboxes against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming emails based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the e-mail box you wish to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else.
